Founded over a century ago, the Tessari family's La Cappuccina estate is located in the heart of the province of Verona. Still very much a family business operating under the careful stewardship of Lorenzo Tessari, the vineyards are tended according to strict principles that eschew the use of chemicals and aim to respect the environment at all times. The estate's philosophy is 'the regeneration of tradition through innovation', something we feel is encapsulated in this flagship wine. Using a blend of Carmenère with the ancient and rare Veronese variety Oseleta, the family have created a wine which is stylish, elegant, intense and, above all, inherently Italian.
