Bankruptcy ensued, staved off by Juan39s aristocratic relative, Don Pedro Domecq Lembeye. His descendant Don Alvaro has started afresh in an artisanal way, buying Jerez39 historic Pilar Aranda cellar. Alvaro now makes our Amontillado medium dry, soft and full, with attractive length of nutty flavour. Delicious with soups or consommeacute.
