Sparking Showcase Case of 12

This is an exciting and unusual pink sparkling wine, where the Prosecco grape has been blended with a little Raboso, to give it a delicate pink hue. This gives the wine an extra fruity character and a little more richness. The wine was made in the hilly Conegliano area of the Veneto, north east Italy, where the climate is mild and very sunny. The winemaker was Loris Bonotto.
