Colour Rich gold. Tasting notes, undiluted Nose Sherrywood with a scentedperfumed note. Touch of freshly ground coffee and a slight chocolate sweetness. Palate Sherry with sweet, aniseed and liquorice notes. A hint of Earl Grey tea. With water Nose Sherry with dark chocolate, floral and dry grass elements. Slight smokiness detectable. Palate Sweet and cloying, rich sherry notes with aniseed and a slight resinous flavour. Slowly drying with a perfumed, smoky character. Body Rich requires a little water to allow flavours and texture to develop. Finish A touch of sherry. Cask Type Refill Sherry Hogsheads. Style Powerful the distinct distillery character intertwined with a maritime element.
