This wine is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes grown in the sun drenched vineyards of Southern France, located just above Limoux, The grapes used in this wine were hand harvested in Domaine de L'Aigle which has earnt its name from the abundance of majestic eagles which inhabit the surrounding area. Gerard Bertrand, the winemaker, inherited a passion for the land from his father and has created this truly delectable, well balanced Pinot Noir.
