Local winemaker Richard Dailly has spent over 25 years working in Champagne and has been cellar master at the CRVC co operative since 1996. For this wine, Richard carefully assembled base wines from all over the Champagne region to craft an elegant and highly appealing blend from mainly Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, with some Pinot Noir for added structure. Richard also used 16% reserve wines for extra richness and nutty complexity.
