AYALA Rose Majeur NV 75cl Bottle

A delicate cherry colour with a hint of copper. The mousse is fine and persistent. On the nose, there are aromas of red fruits strawberries, raspberries, morello cherries together with spice notes. On the palate, this wine is powerful, vinous and is well balanced. The finish, rich and fresh, is elegant and long lasting. The blend is Pinot Noir 47%, Chardonnay 40%, Pinot Meunier 5% and 8 % red still wine from Mareuil sur AC from old vines. This blend is predominantly from the 1999 harvest. This wine has spent more than 2 years on its lees in our cellars, and rested for 4 to 6 months after disgorgement. Ayala Roseacute is perfect as an aperitif or with hot appetizers.
