Vincent and Sylvette manage the Rapet family39s 18 hectares of vines in Pernand, Savigny, Corton and Beaune. Great workers of the soil, they use a minimum of chemicals. 15 days fermentation after which the wine matures in barrels 20% of which are new, for a further 12 months.
