Their wines have an enviable reputation for consistency, Alsace classics that are the benchmark for the region. This rich, sturdy, full bodied Pinot Gris was made from hand picked fruit optimally ripened in an Indian summer. Only lightly filtered, it offers appetising aromas of orchard fruits, acacia blossom and slight smokiness. A wine for seafood, poultry or veal.
